Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that keep our network, hosting, and voice services secure and reliable for every customer.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all customers using Clark-Ritchotte Communications' hosting, networking, voice, and related services. It exists to keep our infrastructure secure, reliable, and available for everyone.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk communications; to conduct denial-of-service attacks or port scanning against systems you do not own; to host or distribute illegal content; or to violate the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account, or interfere with the normal operation of our infrastructure or other customers' services.

Resource Usage

Hosting and infrastructure resources are provided for the reasonable operation of your website, application, or communications. Usage that materially degrades performance for other customers may be subject to rate limiting or require an upgraded plan.

Voice & Telecom Services

3CX and related voice services may not be used for robocalling, caller ID spoofing for fraudulent purposes, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations, including TCPA compliance requirements.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of services, depending on severity, at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except where immediate action is necessary to protect our network or other customers.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law.
